Meeting House

In this project, I’ve explored the nature and transformation of rooms under the interference of circulation. Starting by as-built record of a series of found rooms, how rooms go through transformations with the insertion of a figural corridor becomes a focus of this project.

Under this system, rooms are no longer discrete beings. Instead, they exist almost in the form of matrix that corelates not only in a visual way, but also forms new notions of space or architectural elements.
